PitchName14-day money-back guarantee
Email support@pitchname.com within 14 days of buying PitchName Lifetime and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, although we are always glad to hear how we can improve.
How refunds work
- Include the email address you paid with, or your order number.
- Refunds are issued by our reseller Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- After a refund, the Lifetime key is disabled. You can keep using PitchName on the free plan with a free key.
After 14 days
Purchases older than 14 days are not normally refunded. If something is wrong with PitchName, email us anyway: we would rather fix it.
