PitchName's free plan is provided at no cost and without a time limit, with daily and per-search limits shown on our pricing page. We may improve, change or remove features and limits over time.
PitchName Lifetime
- Lifetime is a one-time payment, sold through our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, billing and sales tax.
- Each Lifetime key may be active on up to 2 browsers at the same time.
- Licence keys are for the buyer's own use. Sharing, reselling or publishing a key is not allowed, and keys used this way may be disabled.
- Lifetime covers the PitchName Chrome extension for as long as we offer and maintain it, including its future updates. It does not include separate products or hosted services we may launch later.
- Fair-use daily limits apply to every plan, to protect the service and the websites it reads.
Acceptable use
PitchName is a research and outreach tool for public business information. You agree to:
- use it lawfully, including anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact;
- contact businesses honestly, identify yourself, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to;
- not use it to sell, threaten or pressure anyone with domains that infringe trademarks (cybersquatting);
- not use it to overload or disrupt Google Maps or any website, or to get around their security measures.
You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute PitchName to bypass its licensing.
Trademarks and domain disputes
PitchName's trademark warning covers a list of well-known brands only. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee a domain is free of trademark issues. You are responsible for the domains you register, hold and sell.
Relationship to Google
PitchName is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google may change Google Maps at any time, which can temporarily affect how PitchName works. We will make reasonable efforts to keep PitchName working but cannot guarantee it.

Some registrar links in the extension and on this website are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
No warranty
PitchName is provided "as is" and "as available". Business details, buyer scores, emails and domain availability come from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not promise any sale or other result from using PitchName.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for PitchName in the 12 months before the claim.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use PitchName after a change means you accept the updated terms.
